Also the starter works perfectly fine when I connect it straight to be battery. It seems as if there are two issues. One that has the tractor dead, and the other that something has the solenoid working the whole time.

Hey DustyRusty. We checked the ignition switch and it seems to work fine. We Ohmed it out and according to the company they said it checks out fine. Are you talking about the 30A fuse?
