D2Cat - Please include references to your claim regarding aftermarket fuel caps for B7100 fuel tanks.

A heads up on a parts shortage... Coleman has located ~14 gas tank caps 68701-51122 in the U.S. for the B7100s (may fit other model tanks as well). I just ordered -1-; price was $13+. :D

Torch - aside from referring to the Operating Manual for the amount of gear oil for the front diff (0.5L), how else does one check the gear oil level to determine if the diff fluid is hi/low?

After reading through the HST's Operator Manual, couldn't figure out if the tractor's hydraulic system (attached to the engine block) runs on the engine's oil or has its own closed oil system. Anyone know if the engine hydraulic pump uses the engine oil or its own oil? If it is a closed system...

Dave, et al, After checking the regulator's price local in ABQ, NM, they want $164.68 (+SH). Coleman's list it for $128; so there is a disparity. ABQ probably has the mark-up above retail, which Coleman's is charging. Before spending that retirement account, think I'm gonna buy the Beijing...

After searching through the various threads, I didn't find one that had a recommendation for buying Kubota-factory parts, at a discount. If I missed it, apologies. I did see several websites for new parts, but would prefer to not shotgun all of them to see which has consistently good pricing...

Dave- Checked the dynamo's AC output on its 2 wires. Running the engine from idle to full throttle, the AC output ranged from 13ish-VAC to 35VAC, so am concluding the dynamo is good, and the regulator is bad as there's no additional VDC at the battery, aside from 12.5. VDC. Thanks for the help.

Dave - I rechecked the AC voltage from the dynamo and measured 16.0 - 16.2 VAC, with engine at idle (measured with a Fluke DMM). Measuring one wire to ground gave 4.6 VAC, and the other wire to ground measured 0.4 VAC. Is that as expected? And now, how do I verify if the regulator is good?

Is there a means or way to test the B7100's regulator electrically to verify it's good? Couldn't find anything in a shop manual about testing it. I do have a dynamo putting out 11v but the battery isn't getting charged (probably bec of the dynamo). Wanna make sure the regulator is good before...

Wolfman - What is the normal range of compression pressure in these cylinders? I'm used to gasoline engines having a good 130-140psi, but don't know about this diesel. Thanks!

Hope y'all are still subscribed for this thread. Got a similar problem. With engine running at idle or even 1/3 throttle, I crack the nuts on cyl 1, 2 and 3 on each injector's back side (see picture). When cracking 1 and 3 nuts 1/8th turn, the engine immediately drops in RPM and fuel comes...

Just bumping the post - am desperate for a replacement hyd pump on this B7100 attachment. Anyone have any reasonable leads on a new pump?

The Cessna 24205 RAJ hyd pump on our B219 FEL attachment has failed. Have searched Eaton, Concentric, Northern Tool, Sunsource, Grainger, Creative Resource, KC and OKC dealers. :mad: Does anyone have a replacement or equivalent PUMP for this B219 attachment? Thanks!
