Looking for a used L3301 with backhoe.Need to ship to western Alaska so need to find on in Pacific NW

Im in a very remote area of Alaska and the nearest road is 500 miles.My 40 yr old L225 tractor has run perfect for ever.It has sat for a year and when I started it up yeasterday the engine raced and had to pull the compression relief to stop it.Im a McGiver but not a engine mechanic.Any ideas...
