Wow. What a story. Glad that it ended well.

PTO driven 3-point circular saw attachment.

If you are using this for firewood, remember that circular saws and sappy logs need frequent filing and cleaning. That’s why the old sawmills with circular saws had full time saw filers.

    Who would have thought??

I won’t argue. I don’t pay much attention to the pot stores or who and how it’s used. Of course younger people buy stuff there too. I was just describing what the local situation is as reported on the local news. The primary customers are older people. Not surprising if you think of it. The...

    Who would have thought??

IDK. Not my thing. But I suspect that was more of a war on drugs story than truth. In any regards, they are legally growing and selling pot, more older people than young people are buying it, and the street hard drug problems don’t seem to be any different than 10 years ago. I made a casual...

    Who would have thought??

No, they sell all marijuana products, but cannot sell anything else. They are tightly regulated by the liquor control board. I have never been in one of the stores. My information is from the local news stories. What surprised everyone is the demographics of the primary customers. Heavily...

    Who would have thought??

I kinda don’t think those seniors buying gummy candy to sleep better are going to start using cocaine or heroin. It’s surprising to me that most of the clientele of those pot stores are retirees.

    Who would have thought??

I’m going to preface my statements by saying I don’t use drugs and never have; not even pot. (I do drink alcohol). But I have seen pot legalization for a few years now, and there haven’t been much problems. Many of the customers in the pot stores are senior citizens looking for gummy candy and...

    LX3520 or L3302?

Not all mmm are easy to attach like yours. The old JD mmm I used to have wasn’t very quick to attach and detach and you actually had to do this on concrete. The other reason I don’t like them is if you mow any dry field grass, they are notorious for directing chaff into the radiator and causing...

    LX3520 or L3302?

The problem with a mmm deck is that they limit the use of the tractor for other uses, and aren’t fun to remove and install.

    Whos into home grown

I plowed and tilled my garden area last week. Tomorrow I will plant the cold weather veggies like potatoes, onions, and greens. Maybe even some tomatoes in walls of water protective tents. Still about a month away from planting warm weather veggies in my area. Years ago I constructed a 8’ fence...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

For people who own land, most state forestry organizations sell tree seedlings every spring. You can’t beat the price.

Restaurants/Retailers Accepting Cash/Not accepting Cash and Charging a fee for Using a Card/ Labor Fee

I haven’t seen a gas station that is set up for cash sales in years. When they say cash/credit prices it means debit/credit cards. If you want to buy gas with cash, you have to pay the attendant what you think you will need before they turn on the pump and they will only authorize what you paid...

    Slasher for 6200

I foot of rotary cutter width per 5 pto HP is the rule of thumb. For example, a tractor with 25 pto HP can run a 5 foot cutter. Pto HP, not engine HP. Pto HP is always less than engine HP.
