It was not stuck before, but the fuel was very dirty. I removed and cleaned tank, all new fuel lines to pump and new filter. I will do what you advised. Thanks again, I so much appreciate response. Will post results, may be a few days down the road! Thank You, JK

Will try to keep short. Engine sitting, cleaned fuel system to lift pump. Thought lift pump to be weak, removed inspected appeared to be working ok. Removed fuel shut off lever to get to top nut off when I removed lift pump. I did manual turn over engine about 3/4 turn to make sure lift pump...
