Did a bunch of work. and learned a lot. How did you access your relays? On my M7040 tractor The dashboard is bolted in place with a bolt right at level with the hood. Meaning without a grinder it is not coming off unless the hood is removed first. But the only part not welded on the hood are...

Any chance of getting any more details on this? I have the same problem of the indicator is on and it wont start. Cannot even access the PTO lever assembly without taking the back tire off (and it is currentaly sitting in the middle of a large mud puddle), or at least I cannot see any other way...
