It is a B 2650. The harness plugs into the side of the engine with no wiring exposed. Any idea of what this wiring harness controls other than the tach?

There is a three prong electrical connector about 8 in front of the fuel filter. Some varmint chewed it and pulled wires out of harness. Can someone tell me what order the wires go into the plug. Colors are: Black, purple w/yellow, blue w/red. I have no tack reading without these wires...
