My 1990 B1550 HST-D has 765 hours on it. only issues where... 1 a clogged HST oil screen 2 rotted fenders, bucket and wheels 3 loader lift cylinders leaking internally. Just fixed the rust and cylinders, then did a complete servicing. I spent 3k on it after 27 years!

clean the two HST screens on the trany. It is easy to do and will save your HST unit. at 756 hours on my b1550 HST-D, one was clogged causing a grinding noise from the trany. After cleaning the noise stopped and lost power was restored.

tiller drops instantly after shutting down and lower the lift lever. Bucket drops a little slower but it is empty. the landpride tiller is very heavy!
