Luke warm heat in B3030 cabbed tractor

If it's easy to get at, you could just unhook the cable and manually open the valve. Give it a test and see what difference it makes.

Luke warm heat in B3030 cabbed tractor

Possibly air lock in the heater core. But perhaps a plugged up heater core. Suggest flushing the heater core if possible by unhooking the inlet and outlet hoses and forcing water through the heater making sure you are getting a good flow. Drain your coolant out of the whole system and replace...

2006 RTV 900 highrelief pressue valve

A nice way to hold the valve while doing this work is to first drill a hole in a piece of wood the size of the valve. Then cut it in half or cut one side and then put this in the vise with the valve in the hole. Squeeze gently until it holds will being worked on. Don't over squeeze. No damage...

    BX22 Oil Seal

Definitely a new seal situation because that one is loose now and will never stay in. The new one might not stay in either but hopefully it will fit tighter. Just in case it is loose, when you install the new one, use some silicone sealant, the type used by car guys where oil is involved, not...

    Shackle/LED light bar bumper

Looks great, but now I'll ask the stupid question. How do you keep the shackles from falling off when the bolt comes loose?

RTV 900 -- Old vs New

You may want your dealer to check the 'high pressure relief valve pressure' for the forward and reverse side. It is supposed to be 3280 to 3840 psi. Low pressure will cause it to sit there and just moan and do nothing when pulling heavy or trying to climb steep slopes. Make sure it is set to...

    new pictures of painted loader

Great job. Must have been a few tries before getting all those hose connections on in the right order and in the right place. Not much room for some of those 90's to turn on the control valve. Looks ready for work.

This is how I roll! (lawn roller)

This one is supposed to weigh 4200 lbs according to some government scales. And that is empty by the way. Came from the front end of a pavement roller. The attachment is actual the steering yoke off the roller, thus the extra weight. And with split drum, not too difficult to haul, on the flats!:D

    b21 won't stay running! HELP!

Black is ground. Red should be 12v. White should be 12v from timer. Check with a test light if the red and white have power with key turned in run mode and again with key in start mode. You may need an extra set of hands to help you. Power to the fuel shut off keeps your tractor running. No...

    b21 won't stay running! HELP!

MVWOOD, Just thought of a test. Try running 12 volt test wire direct from battery to fuel cut-off solenoid. Then try starting tractor. If it runs it is a power to the shut off problem. You will have to disconnect the 12 volt wire to get it to stop.

    b21 won't stay running! HELP!

Sounds like no power to the fuel shut off solenoid in run mode. Power to the solenoid allows the fuel to flow and when you turn your key off, it shuts fuel off to stop the engine. If the key switch is bad and no power to the shut off in run mode then the engine dies. Just a guess.

    L 35 Block Heater

And some install a timer so it is set to come on 2 hrs before you want to use the tractor. Saves electricity. Anything more than 2 hrs is usually a waste as it doesn't get any hotter.

    Rtv1100

I've read somewhere that someone had set it as high as 5,000 or it could go that high. Sounded extreme to me. And yes, when I installed the turbo, Kubota was out of the picture. You modify it you own it. WSM page 2-S48 Transmission section, Return Piston, Springs and Stopper Rod is where the...

    Rtv1100

Part of the upgrade to turbo was to put 2 thick washers behind the big spring at the rear under the 17mm hex nut. I wanted to have the pressure checked when the dealer had it in their shop for the neutral adjustment, but they never got to that part, so I'm left not knowing what I now have. But...

I thought of the reverse pedal, but I want to trade mine for the new door/slide window setup, and this one is my test bed to see what works best!:D And you're right it would not be hard to gear up. Not sure how it would work in H and in reverse. Could be a speed demon. Anyway, do you know which...
