    B7100 FEL (& 40T press brake)

Thanks. It has 1/2" for feed/return and 3/8" for cylinder lines.

    B7100 FEL (& 40T press brake)

There's no way for it to twist. The subframe would have to bend in order for that to be possible. With the diagonal supports connecting to the front, there's no way to put that kind of force on the subframe (unless you've already broken some other part of the supports, which would be pretty damn...

    B7100 FEL (& 40T press brake)

It would have to bend the front support bar, the tower brace, and the subframe in order to make the rear connection pivot. If you hit something hard enough to do that, you've got bigger issues to worry about.

    B7100 FEL (& 40T press brake)

Yeah I didn't like the idea of having to pull a bunch of axle bolts to assemble it, not to mention the issue of making the bracket using spacers to accommodate the recessed bolt holes on the axle. This way is just as strong and only takes one bolt to attach. I don't have the measurements written...

    B7100 FEL (& 40T press brake)

Well it's all done now. Had to change a few things from the original design but it worked out.

    B7100 FEL (& 40T press brake)

That's a great point, I noticed that while building this. I thought with the relatively low impact/weight cap. of this loader that it wouldn't be an issue. Has there been a history of strength/failure issues with this type of setup? (i.e. not using a rear support) I have no problem adding more...

    B7100 FEL (& 40T press brake)

Thanks! Wasn't looking to make anything special, but when I looked at what it would take to do what I needed, it took it's own course and turned out to be much more capable than I imagined. Now looking at making custom bumper dies using the press, should easily be one of the most efficient...

    B7100 FEL (& 40T press brake)

Hey guys I'm new here but been creeping around for a while looking for info on this project and I want to thank you all for the great amount of info on this site. This is a project I'm doing for my father-in-law, as well as one of the first projects for my new fabrication company. It's not quite...

Need some info on front end loader build for B7100 HST

I shoulda looked into this further before posting a bunch of useless junk in here but I hope this makes up for it. Here are the parts you need to replicate the kubota fitting as far as I can tell without actually having seen their fitting. In other words, these will achieve the same result as...

Need some info on front end loader build for B7100 HST

Well, after a little more research I see that the diverter ports are for supply & pb, so the return still has to be run to the tank... I'll see if I can find an adapter fitting for it.

Need some info on front end loader build for B7100 HST

I'm in the same boat as you... I'd also like some info on the pump that people are running on the pto. As far as your other questions, I'm a little confused as to how you're running your hydraulics. Didn't you say you got a diverter block? If so you don't need the return line adapter, as both...
