yes it spins, there is smoke from the exhaust, all levers in in the down position. after replacing the pump it started the first time I tried ran really rough, sounded terrible so I turned it off and it has never started sense then. Kubota M4030SU replaced the hydraulic pump now the tractor won't start. Never before have I had a problem starting the tractor. Has a new battery, plenty of fuel, tries to start but doesn't. Is there something I could have done wrong when replacing the hydraulic pump? What might the problem be?
