3rd function valve and top link

I have a B2601 with the Kubota installed 3rd function valve. Would it be possible, and practical, to run a hydraulic top link with my third function valve? I can’t foresee a time when I would need the hydraulic top link and my grapple, just one of the other.

    Wheels for snowblower

My driveway is super steep and there are some real dangerous areas of you get off of the driveway, also there is t a lot of places to put plowed snow so I’m kinda stuck with snowblowing.

    Wheels for snowblower

That’s a real nice setup! Looks like you beefed up the back metal of the snowblower to stop it from buckling. Nice job!

    Wheels for snowblower

I kinda thought of the fact that I could use plow attachments if I had too. It***8217;s a good idea. I***8217;m hoping the casters cooperate with me!

    Wheels for snowblower

I finally finished the wheels for my BX5455HD snowblower on my B2601. So far, they seem to work great but I haven***8217;t really had a real snowfall to try them on. The back of the snowblower was a lot more flimsy than I expected so I had to make sure the bracket was beefed up quite a bit. I...

    3 point roller

I figured I would need a vibratory roller but I thought I’d ask and see if anyone had any luck with a plan one. I may just rent a vibratory roller until I feel like I need to buy one. Thank.

    Air compressor for tractor

Lots of replies! Lots of good ideas too. I was hoping to find something that I could just both on easily and relatively inexpensive. It seems there are a lot of ways to have portable air. I really like the portable air compressor that hooks up to the tractor battery. It’s not exactly what I’d...

    3 point roller

Does anybody have any experience with a three point hitch roller? I’m looking at buying a 5 foot roller that weighs 850 pounds when it’s full of water. Has anyone ever use one of these and does it work good on a gravel driveway or parking lot?The roller costs about $1600 so I’m a little leery of...

    Air compressor for tractor

A friend of mine is a mechanic for Peterbuilt and tells me they have air compressors on some of the truck to run air lines. Has anyone ever seen anything like this for a compact tractor? I think it would be great to have mobile compressed air on my B2601. I have a feeling the answer is no but I...

    Help with spacers

I’m not sure about these working on a B7800 but I bet that brotek makes them Specifically for the B7800. I don’t think most people use spacers on the front. Most of your stability comes from widening out the solid rear axle. The front axle is just pinned to the tractor at the center and moves...

    Help with spacers

I ordered spacers for the B2320 and the did work. Seems very odd to me. I suppose it’s possable to send the wrong ones twice. I hope they get it right soon. Good luck.

    Help with spacers

I just measured the rim, the ID of the rim is 4.5 inches so the OD of the flange on the spacer should be 4.5 inches. Let me know how you make out.

    Help with spacers

I’ll check them out when I get home. Here is a picture of my spacer and my hub, I’m going to assume that they look the same as yours.

    Help with spacers

I got the B2320 spacers for my B2601 and they did fit. Maybe they did send you the wrong ones. The part number I could find is 0010003009. I hope this helps, let me know how you make out?

    Price for a job

It’s a gravel lot. I’m not really sure what the gravel is called but it’s the same stuff everyone uses around here. I’m not sure about the pot holes but they are right where the most traffic is. I think he’s trying to avoid bringing in more material as he said he’s pretty sick of spending a ton...

How do you deal with snow?

Here’s my little beast. It rides like a tank now that I have the chains on it but it can’t be stopped. Could someone explain to me how to post full sized pictures and not these small thumbnails? Enjoy.

    V bar chains on pavement

So I got my chains on today. They work great and don’t seem to be leaving any marks in the pavement. I was able to crawl up the driveway, with the blade on the snowblower digging up the packed snow and ice, and never lost traction once. I couldn’t make it up at all last night, even with the...
