They have to reprogram your ECU. The dealer came to my house, took about half an hour to reprogram and then everything has been good since.

Service tech was here to fix the software glitch so I had him look at the pto issue. The pto cable was sticking. He sprayed some lube on it and it is good as new. Who knew it was something so small and simple.
It completely stops when I push the clutch in, I turn the pto lever off, let off the clutch and it starts back up again for a short while. It almost seems like there is a delay in the pto acknowledging the pto lever.
After stepping on the clutch, disengaging the pto, upon lifting my foot off the clutch the pto will engage again for a short period of time. I do not think this has ever done it before until now. Any suggestions?

I have a Rad B74 snowblower that I am looking to buy a manual chute control for. I tried to go to there website with no luck. Does anyone know of an online site that sells parts for the blizzard snowblowers?
