    The whole seal comes out of the casing it's not the inner sleeve that touches the shafts itself I'm thinking that maybe the inner bearing is about to go out and the mower drive shaft is vibrating is out

    It's possible however I wouldn't think it would be able to build enough pressure to blow seal vs how easy it is to remove the dipstick

    M9540hdc keeps blowing the external pto seal? And yes the first time the seal ripped so I replaced it but blew again
