    Leaking delivery valve

Ok finally got my m9000 running again now i noticed a leaking delivery valve, I'm assuming it's the o ring. Has anybody done this before? Is it something I can do without messing up the fuel volume flow or timing etc. Any special tools required?

    More m9000 fuel problems

Ok so today I drained the tank once again. While the plug was out I blew compressed air though it. Got a little debris out, nothing major. I replaced the o ring in the fuel bowl and ran new hose from the tank to the bowl. Bled the system and it is running good for now, I didn't have time to let...

    More m9000 fuel problems

Can anybody tell me what size those fuel lines are and how many feet I might need? Think I might give that a shot. The return line is not clogged. I do have access to a borescope to look in the tank

    More m9000 fuel problems

When I ran it out of the can i bypassed the settling bowl and went straight to the lift pump. None of the lines were wet. When we disconnected the lines out of the bowl the nipples for the fuel lines were loose and one practically fell out, I glued them back in place since there are no o rings...

    More m9000 fuel problems

I have ran it out of a fuel can and got it to run, switched it back over and it continued to run for a good while. The shut off solenoid is working. Any ideas why the sediment bowl only stays half full while running?

    More m9000 fuel problems

My next thought was to try to look in the tank but I'm not real sure how to, there's no access plate to look inside that I'm aware of just the small drain bolt on the bottom of the tanks, if there is a way somebody please tell me

    More m9000 fuel problems

Ok I've been fighting this kubota since January and have tried everything I can think of. Engine is not getting fuel. I finally had it running at idle for 45 min today, shut it off, restarted and ran for bout 5 seconds before dying and once again is not getting fuel. I've already done: clearing...

    M9000 fuel delivery problems

I disconnected the vent hose from the left side tank and blew a bunch of dirt and mud dobbers out. Bled the injector lines and now it's purring like a kitten. And the fuel gauge is working now, guess the line being clogged stopped the fuel flow. Funny how little things like that can shut a...

    M9000 fuel delivery problems

Thanks bulldog, I have not blown out the left side tank hose, maybe that could be why the new sending unit isn't working either maybe? May not be enough flow to the right side tank to register. I'll give it a try tomorrow and post the results

    M9000 fuel delivery problems

Thanks wolfman. Is this a common issue with these tractors? Are the lift pumps pretty common to replace?

    M9000 fuel delivery problems

It's a 2003 m9000 with cab and 4wd. I've tried blowing out the vent hoses and starting with fuel cap off. I was wondering if the lift pump could be going out, is there a way to test the pump?

    M9000 fuel delivery problems

Hi! I'm new to kubota tractors and the site. Just purchased a used m9000 with 1500 hours about a month ago. It has left me stranded in the field twice already, I'm stumped. The first time it would idle but had no throttle, and eventually sputtered out and died. So we changed the fuel filter and...
