I do have a tester, but I was not aware of an inline fusible link. Beside the starter on mine is a small white plastic cap that plugs in and it has a small wire tail that comes out of the cap and then back into the cap. I thought that was the fusible link between the starter and the main fuse...

The main fuse block on mine is right below the steering wheel, I don't know of another fuse block on it. But I will take a look. thanks

Is that the fuse with the wire on it? The wire is intact and does not look burnt.

I have a 1983 L3350. I have no power to the fuse block, but I do have power to the starter, I can jump the starter and the tractor will run, but the key does nothing. I tested the fuse block and have no power there, no lights and no gauges. Any ideas?
