Bringing this back up because I am having the same issue. I can kill my tractor and recrank it and it will go to around 2800 rpm. As soon as I use any function on the tractor it drops to around 2200 rpm. If I back the tractor up 2800 rpm again.

Can a backhoe be added to the back of any 3240 or only if it came with it? Really just curious. Thanks in advance.

Tractor is in great shape. It is more of a favor. I just wanted some opinions about it. It belonged to the doctor my wife works for. I do some work on his 71' El Camino.

Is $10k a good price for a L3240 4X4 HST? Tractor is clean with front end loader and new back ag tires. 490 hrs

Wolfman, I can't thank you enough. I made a pin out of one I found at tractor supply that was stepped just right by chance. Will definitely call my kubota dealer ot let him know that he is mistaken for future reference. I will order the correct pin while I have him on the phone.
