    2650 HSD Damper boot

The boot or bellows on the HST control has a rip or is torn. Parts don't sell the boot separately. I will have to buy the whole Damper to recover the ram. Has anyone been through this and found a way around buying the whole damper. Any help or ideas welcome. Regards, Bobjones:confused:

    Looking for installation instructions B2650

I more or less followed your alternator conversion on my B2650HSD. Got a cheap 55 amp Denso alternator machined a 3/4" shaft and made a dowel/spacer for mounting. Ordered a belt tension (stay) adjuster from Kubota. I removed the Dynamo's rectifier/regulator and used the existing pair of blue...

    Looking for installation instructions B2650

The alternator models include the rectifier/regulator in the alternator itself whilst the Dynamo model has the rectifier/regulator in the dash 2 feet away.:(

    Looking for installation instructions B2650

The cab model B2650 HSDC comes from factory with an alternator to supply all the extras like air condition fans. The B2650 HSD (roll over) no cab model comes with a Dynamo that only puts out 14.5 amps.

    Looking for installation instructions B2650

I am installing an alternator upgrade on a B2650 HST. I have seen 2 sheets of instructions for a B3030 but its not exactly the same. I don't even know if they offer a alternator upgrade for the B2650. I ordered a Denso alternator and will manufacture the rest. Any help with instructions or...

    Direction change HST

In my case the HST is on the right and independent brake on the left. Park brake is a lever to lock the brake pedals. I have seen some models with both treadle and brakes on the right. I didn't care to much for that.

    Need advice from those knowledgeable.

If you do run a tap, make sure you stick a magnet in the drain hole after. A quart of solvent to wash debris out wouldn't be a waste.:)

    Diameter of rod

What is the diameter of the Diff lock rod part number 6C20042440 ? It linkes between Diff lock lever going into rear Diff case and heel pedal. It has a cotter pin hole at each end. I don't have one here to measure. I guess its between 3/8" and 1/2". Would appreciate a measurement. Regards...

    B2650 differential lock*

Phoned dealer about this problem and they said my B2650 was still on warranty. They had just repaired one with same problem as mine and noticed a factory adjustment that needed attention.:)

    B2650 differential lock*

Parts list two different part numbers for the "ROD, DIFF.LOCK". I was thinking of bending this link slightly to increase travel to engage Diff Lock. Is this second option a shorter link? Part numbers are 6C54042440 and 6C20042440

    B2650 differential lock*

I had my B2650 opened up on warranty because differential lock had stopped working. It only lasted a few weeks after that. I was thinking maybe the levers travel is not long enough. Any Ideas?

    2650B Rear differantial lock

Tried all the ideas but still no positive lock. More luck on forward than reverse. Will be bringing it back to dealer, it's still on warranty. Thanks for the input, Bobjones

    2650B Rear differantial lock

The rear differantial lock does not allways hold. I press the diff lock pedal with me heal but it does not always hold wheels locked. It sometimes make a grinding noise. I checked for debris under the pedal, it was clean and I get full travel. There is no adjustment on the linkage. Any ideas...

    Bending cylinder ram

When you said "The BH pressure reliefs do NOT work when your levers are centered." I checked the Hydraulic diagram and the reliefs are "Line Reliefs" so they would release pressure even in center possition.

    Bending cylinder ram

re: Moved the lines. Yes I moved the hydraulic lines on valve body but also moved the relief valves to the corresponding cylinder. I think that defeating the relief valve when levers are in neutral is more than likely the problem. When your guy was driving the tractor ahead to pull out stumps...

    Bending cylinder ram

The releif being non effective when control are centered makes alot of sence. The way we have it changed to Track Hoe type controls means that when operating the bucket cylinder when dipperstick is neutral puts alot of stress on the extended dipperstick cylinder ram. Maybe another relief should...

    Bending cylinder ram

Working with a BH76 back hoe and we keep bending the Dipperstick cylinder ram. We did move the controls to match Excavator track hoe rather than rubber hoe. We moved the relief valves to follow the coresponding cylinder but keep bending rams. Any ideas ??? Regards, Bobjones
