Replaced the hose and the check valve and all is well. I can feel the fuel pulsate in the tubing but the pressure is reasonable. Put the FEL back on and now the bucket won't move just the loader arms. I give up.

Im with ya. Got 2 Kubota places one near work and one on the way home. Got the parts on hold. It's nice to have some extra tubing just in case it keeps blowing and i have to experiment with it.

Thanks D2, I'll go there after work. I obtained a paper tape measure from the hospital nursery and it looks like 4 mm to me now. They don't have 16ths on the "inch" side but they do have mm on the other side. Jeff

Thanks Tx Jim. Actually my hose ruptured. Not sure from excessive pressure or just wear and tear. @D2Cat I did go to the parts house. They said they measured it and it was 1/4" so they sold me a piece of 1/4". Too big.. So much for their "expert" opinion. I'm stuck at work for 48 hours...

Have a M9540 and a small 1 inch long fuel hose that comes from the injector block leading to a series of check valves and other small hoses sprung a leak. I found the part at my dealer but was curious as to what the size of the tubing is. I'd like to replace the rest of them with some bulk hose...

Good choice! I went for the Kubota back in 2014 when they first came out. It cuts great but the lift mechanism had issues and still does only in a different place now. Also, the cutterbar is rusting away at an alarming rate. Compared to my lawnmower which is 7 years old and has almost no rust on...
