    I m just re-driving the seals back in. They will stay in as long as fluid doesn't get cold. I will get SUDT and try that.

    The vent being clogged was in the back of my mind, so this summer when it wasn't acting up I cleaned it, and it wasn't plugged. I have seen alot of a trucks rear differentials blow seals because of clogged vents. I agree with you MagKarl that should be the first thing to check. Checked.
