So far so good. My tractor has not had any more problems since the service technicians at the dealership found the small break in the insulation of the wire. I am happy that this is all that it seems was wrong and at the same time a little concerned that something so minuscule as this can take a...

I hope that this was the problem and I do not have any more trouble. I would also like to say that my dealer has been great through the whole ordeal. I will run it for some time and let everyone know how it is doing.

Got my M8560 back the other day. They had a factory rep down looking at it this time. They said that the diagnostic computer was showing a voltage spike in the system and that was causing the ecu to shut her down. The only thing that they did find was a wire going to the work lights on the...

Actually the CPU is only under a 2 year Warranty. If they replace it like they did mine then the replacement CPU is warranted for 90 days. (Information that the dealer gave me when they replaced my CPU). That being said Kubota is going to do the work on my replacement CPU even though it has been...

My M8560 started to do the same thing again (Going to idle while working and exclamation mark showing on dash) I can shut the tractor down and re-start and it usually works fine after that. You never know when it is going to happen. I called the dealership and they are going to get me back in...

Changing the ECU has not made a difference in the regeneration times. Still between 8-10 Hrs. Everything seems to be working fine now though. No further issues so far.

Sorry that I have not been on here for a while. My 8560 has been regenerating at the same interval (8-10 Hrs.) since the last time that I visited the forum so I have not wanted to bore anyone with that info. Recently though I have had another issue arise that may shed some light on my regen...

Regen #21: 190.2hrs. Regen #22: 198.2hrs. Tractor is running great. Did have one minor issue. I had to take the tractor back to the dealer because my loader stick had become so stiff that I could not feather the controls at all. sometimes the loader control would hang up and not return on its...

Maybe the humidity in the air plays a big role. It is very hot and very humid here in Georgia. Hmm don't know.

Regen #19 @172hrs. Regen# 20 @ 180.7hrs. Shuttling dirt into back yards. (Dirt had to be dumped in front. No access to back with dump tuck) Then leveling dirt. A little more idle time on these 2 regen cycles. Not a big load put on the tractor while working.

I Really do feel as though there are many variables that will dictate the different results achieved by different owners. I am sure that climate (Humidity and Temps.) where a person is operating the equipment will play a part in this. Secondly I would like to tell everyone reading these posts...

Junior 390, I would love to try regular diesel but around here our fuel stations have a blend with Bio-Diesel between 5%-20%. In a previous post I linked to Kabota's web site and an article stating that in these particular engines (At least the one in my M8560) you should run no more than...

My last 2 regen's happened while building a private road. Hauled in 15 tandem truck loads of dirt to level road then 13 tandem loads of Washout to re surface. Regen #17: 155hrs., Regen #18: 163.8hrs. I will say that this tractor has power. I put the 84" bucket down and push material until it is...

Junior390, So right at 15.4 hrs. What type of work were you doing with the tractor? I mainly do loader work and grade work. Spreading dirt, rock, washout, Bush Hog'n. I always keep the rpm's at or above 1800. I use the rpm auto control button. The thing with me is the load I am...

I apologize if I high jacked this thread. Really not familiar with all of the high tech lingo. Do not usually post a lot in forums but thought that this info might be helpful to other's since DPF is new technology for tractors. If I am doing something wrong I will stop posting in this thread...

Regen # 13-120.2hrs. Regen # 14-129.8hrs. Both happened while working the tractor and finished while I was still working so no interruptions or inconvenience. At this rate there will be over 300 regen's before the DPF Filter is supposed to be serviced. We will see if it will hold up that long.

Regen #12 took place at 111.4 Hrs. Re-Grading a large parking area in front of a feed store and Animal Hospital, worked right through the regen. Never any feel of loss of power while working.
