I agree: I don't see how there isn't some sort of class action due to the throttle issue. I don't see how - at least several - people were not injured by it's out of control jerkiness. Especially in reverse.

When my warranty is almost over, I'm going to get rid of my XG850 and replace it with... something, I don't know what yet, but it won't be a Kubota. Whoever designed the throttle for the XG should be fired, hung, shot then burned alive. :mad:

I built a fuel trailer with a nominal 105 gallon diesel tank (nominal!) and a 50 gallon gas tank on a TSC trailer: Biggest mistake: Installing a 125 vac Filrite pump on the diesel tank instead of a 12 vdc pump.

That's not a fix for the poorly designed throttle jerkiness. It does let you rest your foot better. The barn hinge mod does the same thing essentially. We're looking for a solution to the throttle jerkiness and lack of slow speed control.

Which is one of the reasons when I had to replace my front tires a couple years ago, I replaced them with Titan 8 ply tires. They are rated to 4,140 lbs per tire. Titan - Tires - HD-2000-II (titan-intl.com)

Any loss of power with the 28" tires? I planned to install 27" Tusk Terrabytes and I just installed that same DemonSports lift kit. I now might go with the 28".

Anyone know the actual size of the wrench? The nut appears to be about 4" in diameter +/-. I found a hook wrench on the Messicks site (07015-00038), but it's been discontinued.

I tried that with all the major brands for my 2022; none of them had anything*. I used Messiks to get the Kubota part numbers. *ETA: Amazon showed plugs, but I didn't trust them, so do not include them.
