Checked those first thing, as I have had that situation also. That's why I did spend the time to check the switches. Everything is good now.

I checked the cables, they did have somevariable resistance so I replaced them anyway. I checked the battery again while under load (heating glow plugs- where the power would fail) and it dropped down to about 3 volts. I replaced the battery and it started right up :D. So much much for trusting...

At my wit's end on this one, need your help. It started out I ran it the previous day with no problems. The next day when I went to start it barely cranked then stopped, no turning over or noises. I checked the battery, positive terminal was heavily corroded, so I cleaned that up and charge it...
