Got a 38 hp L series with hynautics,time to change out the hyd fluid, any tips before ido this?

Turn key to on position get a click, then nothing when moving key to start position.

Checked voltage, key switch ( its good) and put the test light on what I believe is the hot wire to the solenoid ( female type connector) and nothing. When I jump across from the battery side to this male connector its starts the tractor. Is there a relay between the key switch and starter solenoid?

I there a company that offers insurance on nationwide basis for tractors? Now that I have paid off the tractor the policy that Kubota had on it has expired

Carl we just got electric back here in parts of avon park. I was thinkimg too of a generac system from Longs but running LP is expensive as all get out,and extended run periods means LP gas wont be available anyhow.

guys I cant get to the hub where the wire is to cut it

I have some barbed wire wrapped around my bush hog blades, most is on the hub. I need to pull the blades to get it off put the splined shaft is so tight I cant get the blade assy off. I have tried driving wedges under the blades and hitting the shaft but they wont drop. Any ideas?

I have a 3800 hst with 120 hrs. Should I retorque the lugs or is there a need to do so?

I am told the box blade( yes i have one) is the best way to spread and level aggregate ie sand or shell rock. Problem is if ya have say a 10 yd pile of shell ya want to drag and spread evenly without wasting material you are constantly working the the blade up or down becasue the tractor moveing...

I want to pull a chain harrow behind the 3800 to cover seed in our dove fields. Whats the best way to use the drawbar? put a 2 in ball on it and just slide the harrow pull ring over it or use a clevis to attach the harrow?

I have a L3800 HST and have worked the doggy out of it, pushes pretty good size trees and hickorys. Does great for discing with food plots and great in tight woods. Plus anybody can operate the hydro tranny..its the only way to go
