    L3901 HST dies suddenly

Dan, Thank you for your reply! Not sure if the "angry" emoji was meant for me and asking about the code situation? If so it seems like a valid question to ask. That being said, I would put my emphasis on getting the ECU and P0606 code situation sorted along with checking for any physical...

    L3901 HST dies suddenly

Other than the OP's original posting stating 3 codes are showing, P0606, PO627 and P0629 there has been no discussion as far as these codes. Might these codes not point to a possible solution if they are properly diagnosed?

Bolt or bolt tip name and standard?

I believe “pilot point” bolt or “dog point” is the most common descriptor for this style bolt. My impression is that “dog point” bolts and screws are more commonly used as “set” screws rather than a “pilot “ point bolt used for aid in assembly or alignment. I do not know if there is a...

    L2502 3ph

“I used that sytle “lock pin” on EA-6Bs to secure the landing gear, drop tanks/bombs……but I can’t recall ever seeing one short enough to work in this application………..and for the life of me I can’t remember what they are called…….” Lots of Different styles , diameters and lengths. Google “quick...

    L3010 float mode ?

I think your L3010 has "position" control and not "draft" control as you noted. Your position control has that black triangle shaped knob that is adjustable to allow the 3 point implement to lower to your pre-set height. Useful when using certain implements such as a box blade. In a nut shell...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

One of my favorite views, sitting on the tractor piling up brush and small trees. I graded the driveway washouts from the last heavy rains while my friend pruned white pine and oak branches which I then moved to a brush pile. Good day to get some outdoor time in, perfect weather.

When 2 Galaxies collide, are there any casualties???????

Fun project and cool you can "prototype" with your 3D printer! I had the same thoughts that lynnmor has , keeping it shorter. I had a 13 x 40 gap bed lathe and at times doing faceplate work needed or wanted to get the saddle as close as possible to the headstock. I think adding a micrometer...

    Repairing sanding belts

I have two 2 x 72 inch belt grinders and have purchased lots of belts. My understanding is that the tape used is both pressure and heat applied. Also a very thin tape that will not affect the sanding quality of a thick butt joint bouncing and loading up . My guess is that duct tape will not...

Bat house/kestrel nesting box pole construction critique and suggestions wanted.

Finished up with all three required nesting boxes. Bluebird, bat house and today was the Kestrel nesting box. I had a lot of fun designing the pivoting tall bases and poles. Had great time with the friends that helped with this project.

Get rid of yellow jacket nest above ground?

Last year I had two inaccessible yellow jacket nests around my house foundation and in the wall structure. I used this product and unlike contact sprays that kill quickly this stuff caused colony collapse within 3 to 4 days. I was able to dust the entrance hole on one, and the other I set up...

Bat house/kestrel nesting box pole construction critique and suggestions wanted.

With help from a good friend we got the bat house boxes and upper section installed. Just have the kestrel box to go and I will have met my goals and requirements! I very much appreciate the suggestions and advice! This thing is solid as a rock and will be fairly easy for me to lower it...

Bat house/kestrel nesting box pole construction critique and suggestions wanted.

Had a good day yesterday on the L2501. Did some trail mowing, moved some downed oak trees that I cut this spring out from my deer blind. I also used it and the grapple to move the top section of my nesting box poles. I know it does not seem like a big deal to move a 12ft 4x4 but for me in...

I got a kick out of this screen shot of one of my pond trail cam videos. The fawns are thinking, "what the heck? " lol

    Well "Blow me down!"

I doubt it very much. I did a quick AI and copy and pasted, saved typing time, plus I would have had to refresh my memory! LOLOL :ROFLMAO: Key Chemicals in Hot Caustic Bluing Potassium Nitrate (KNO₃): This is a key oxidizing agent that helps in the formation of the black oxide layer...

    Well "Blow me down!"

I would not lose a seconds worth of sleep over the "milling marks" on tee nuts! Job well done :) Black oxide finish looks good. I was a professional gunsmith 20 years and understand the challenge of metal prep and achieving a nice black oxide finish with methods other than hot caustic salt...

Bat house/kestrel nesting box pole construction critique and suggestions wanted.

Getting closer to getting this project over the finish line. 240 Lbs of Sakrete in each hole, leveled the bases and backfilled. I should be able to get the top 12 ft pole with nesting boxes installed by this coming weekend. I had to modify the opening of the wood duck box to work for Kestrels...

What size wrench. Large locknut on adjuster bar for boxblade

I did get to my tractor. Mine, on my L2501 is 30mm. They must have changed sizes when they went to your L2502.

What size wrench. Large locknut on adjuster bar for boxblade

I am with you , both my tractors , depending on what implement and what conditions will rotate the top link adjuster if I do not tighten the nut. More than just finger tight is necessary at times. I will be down at my land and have my calipers and will measure that nut. I have been meaning to...
