Update. It was the neutral position switch for the pedal. I bent the tap up a little and good to go. New dash and glass should be here next week. Only out about 160$ is what it is looking like. Thanks for the help.

Is there a way to bypass anything to find out where the issues is?

Where can I get a good wire diagram? I have searched but haven't found one to see what the relays are on the top of the dash. Since this is he area of damage that's all I can think it is. I am hung up on it being a PTO wire issue since when i stood up the tractor tried to shut off.

Yea it was a big tree that flipped off the loader. It got hung up in some vines when I went to move. It was a dumb rushed move that could have turned out much worse.
