So the rims were already flipped, but I did realize the wheels were not all the way out on the axle, so I did pull them out and it made it ALOT wider. There are weights on the wheel already, man they were HEAVY!! Heres pics

I did check the holes on the axle and they are already all the way out, the valve stems are on the inside already so I imagine someone already turned them around, I'll try to post up some pics tonight to get a better pics tonight

I just picked it up, I do have a slight hill I will be using it on, and I have already had it tip a little bit...I have been doing some reading that wheel spacers can help out greatly.... Will I damage anything running REAR spacers? Also, where can I buy some to fit my 1984 b6100? Thanks
