Got the tractor about a month ago and that's how it was so idk when all this happened... starts and runs jus fine... I do not see any fuses around the battery area

No lights in the dash will come on and the alternator will not charge.. I have checked the the fuses that I know about and have put a new alternator on and still have nothing... I have run a test light across the the connectors that plug into the back of the dash and don't have any power going...
