Thanks for the help everyone. I pulled off the shift indicator panel and was able to see that the shifter moved out of the notch that was causing it to bind with the other linkages. With the help of a crow bar i was able to move the lever back into position and everything is working properly...

Actually the lever used to shift high, low & reverse is stuck in neutral, not the main gear shifting lever. I am not sure which lever you were referring to in your response.

My son was disking yesterday and the transmission became stuck between gears. The tractor will still move forward, but the shifting lever will not move. Any help or suggestions to fix this issue is appreciated.
