My tractor weighs close to 7000lbs as it currently sits without the ballast box. It can handle an extra 200lbs on the front to make life so much easier for (absolute guess) 70% of owners.
I agree. But with the HUGE surge in popularity of IBC tanks for homeowner use, why release a new tractor/loader model that cannot pick up one of the most common items on small/medium “homesteads” (how I hate that term)?
the only complaint I have with my MX is the lift capacity. Why couldn’t they add 2-300 more pounds to lift a full IBC tank of water?
If you are keeping the smaller tractor, look at an M series instead of the MX.
I have an MX6000 with R14 tires set to 70.5” width that are filled with Rimguard.
Would 2 sets of wheel weights per side (420lbs total) make a substantial difference in operation for loader and grapple work?
