Local hydraulic shops want about $150 per cylinder to do basic replacement of seals. Costs could go up based on what they find. At that price seems like new cylinders might be a better option.

Thanks for the pointers. It worked slightly better tonight and lifted the auger up, but struggled. I'll get the manuel and start checking the simple things. Do you think checking hydralic pressure would be a good next step? thanks
