The steering is difficult to turn at any engine RPM when I have a load on the bucket. It was not that way when I bought it ~5 years ago. When I turn it feels like a pump with cavitation but there is no noise that indicates that. The front tires are fully inflated. No hydraulic leaks anywhere...
