I wanted to report back in case anyone runs into the issue. Oddly enough I pulled the fuses & all looked fine. Plugged back in. unplugged the stop solenoid, and re-plugged it. BAM its turning over just fine now & staying running. Not quite sure what was going on, but shes running fine...
