Glow plug stays on and drains battery; alternator won't charge. Alternator and battery are both new. Once the key is off and battery is charged, nothing is leaking or draining off the battery. When battery is disconnected, the alternator will charge the battery, but if it's hooked it back up...

Kubota L3710 does not start when turn key, but lights, glow plug lights, other lights turn on. I can start it by jumping 2 leads on starter motor with key ON and tractor runs fine; turns OFF when I turn key off. I checked starter, put in new relay, new ignition switch, cleaned battery...
