I contacted Weaver Compact Tractor (where I bought it) they send me a connection diagram they made up. I rearranged the hoses and everything is working fine! Thanks very much to all of you for the input, I learned a lot!

Thanks for the reply Dan I'll get all those pictures and be more specific when I get back home unless the ansung parts manual is wrong I'm pretty sure I have all the hoses hooked up the way they're supposed to be but I'll give you some detail and pictures on that
