BX23's are NOT for mud gripe!

hat looks very interesting!! Sadly, what the BX can do is on its limits. Starts to get a little tipsy as is. Need something a little bigger with more ass to handle the higher lift load. Do appreciate the link, thanks.

How about some 140w gear oil in the front diff?

I thought about that but I dont think the front diff would get warm enough to reach the 140w side. I was trying to meet in the middle of 90-140w when I saw they had straight 140w and THAT got me thinking....

How about some 140w gear oil in the front diff?

So, someone can get smart with me but when I throw it back its a big no no, lol, okay..... Guess your contestant #2? P.S. I am a redneck too but I at least try to have some form of class.

How about some 140w gear oil in the front diff?

I believe that whole area is submerged, no? There would be continuous oil contact unless you go fast enough to pull a vortex from the top. My concern would be oil getting to/into any bushing type bearings, if there is any. I would have to check the diagrams to see what parts are in there...

How about some 140w gear oil in the front diff?

I was WAITING for a guy like you to pop in. Always one in every crowd or a couple here (rednecks cant help themselves I guess)! Thanks for not disappointing and failing me!! 😂😂😂 Well, I guess they knew the best way to make my wheel skip, grind and shake all over the place too, ehy? Size of...

BX23's are NOT for mud gripe!

Well, like I said, the BX was all I could afford, so, I was about to find out its limits. I now nick name her my 80%'er. As I also mentioned, I move around a lot of heavy stuff. Probably the heaviest it v-8 engines. The BX can "barley", and I mean barley lift a V8 350 engine. I have to...

How about some 140w gear oil in the front diff?

Like Dave Chapelle would say.... "GOTCHA ******* !!" I fully understood your sarcasm, but, I see you didnt get mine??? Proper lubes for proper applications, of course. The BX is a slow azz moving tractor. Its not flinging lube around like a cars rear end or transmission gear box driving...

BX23's are NOT for mud gripe!

You cant be any more critical than the many jokers here, im good :) . I looked at them all, and, with juggling all the options available, the BX was the only one I could afford. Having a 2 year warrantee gave me piece of mind I could get the tasks done with minimal repair headaches and on...

How about some 140w gear oil in the front diff?

If EP grease is a liquid, okay, but I dont think you know what your talking about. o_O

How about some 140w gear oil in the front diff?

Well, if you happened to read my painful post about my Kubota dealer, one of the issues I was having that needed to be looked at was my front tires/bearing/gears. If I got a load on them, or ride at an angle, the tire jumps around like a mexican jumping bean. It bounces and wobbles in all...

How about some 140w gear oil in the front diff?

All the purists that want to jump in and say "use what the manual states" can take a seat in the stand, this thread isnt for you! For all the rest, I dont often use high gear in my BX23s, so, its all slow crawling. For the hills I climb and the dirt I transport in the bucket, 75w seems a...

BX23's are NOT for mud gripe!

When I was a kid and played in the mud, my parents were not real happy about it. I am making up for lost time, so, not sure "not" playing in the mud is an option now that I am out of the house and on my own! On a serious note, a lot of times I dont have a choice as the weekends are the only...

    BX2601 with BX23 size tires????

I understand that. I was looking into putting the BX23 tire size on. Actually, something 2" taller than BX23's would be perrrrrrrrrfect, but, eyeing the BX23 size real hard since it is a standard size and i have them on my tractor now and work just fine.

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

    Greased her up!!

    BX2601 with BX23 size tires????

My BX 23s tires seem fine for what i do. Was thinking about smaller tires for the B2601. Would keep the tractor from caking up mud in the fender wells, I would hope (see my gripe post), and lower the center of gravity. Has anyone ordered them with smaller tires? is that an option? I know...

BX23's are NOT for mud gripe!

Not sure what Kubota was thinking with the BX23, but, its def not for the mud, at least my mud. it just seems to wrap around the tire until it is so caked in the fender wells, you can not even shift high to low. 1st year I had if, it froze the tractor solid in the winter. Spent 4 hours with 2...

How do I get work done on my tractor, been black listed!?

This will be remembered for a long long loooong time!! And shared....... I already had an insurance claim number, so, that was all covered. With Warantee and Insurance in effect, it should not have cost me a dime. Some do hit the jackpot, congrats my man! :)
