    BX1870 Won't start when hot.

My BX1870 typically starts when cold, but when hot, it behaves like one of the safety switches isn't happy. I.e., turn the key and get a clicking sound, but engine won't turn over. The previous owner bypassed and removed the drive and PTO safety switches, and I have check the seat position...

BX1870 and Kubota Deck Mower PTO shaft stuck.

Hi, I recently acquired a BX1870 and a few implements, as part of purchasing a rural property. It runs, and the mower works. However, I cannot get the PTO shaft to disconnect. Since the tractor and mower are both Kubota, my guess is that the shaft was part of the purchase. The lock is...

    L1802DT 4x4 Not Engaging

Hello, I've just acquired/inherited an L1802DT. Engine runs very well, but I can't get the 4x4 to engage. The front wheels counter-rotate, so I'm guessing the drive train is O.K., at least up to the transfer case. Control lever moves from 2wd to 4wd, but the front wheels don't get any power...
