Have a BX 25 and due to limited garage space I must park it with the bucket in the air resting on something..My question is will this hurt my machine being parked like this???

Back in June I asked my 84 y/o father to re-fill my BX and he dropped the 8 inch flexible gas spout into my fuel tank. After a couple fill ups it has floated to the top and I was able to grab it this Sunday. Thanks to all who answered my post in June!!!!!! :)
