I called the dealership over a month ago for a grapple and 3rd function, still waiting. So I'm just continuing to shop around. Mostly, I plan to use the grapple for debris removal rather than digging. Trees come down on my property pretty often and dragging them by hand sucks

So I'm in the market for a grapple for my L3901. I've looked at the Land Prides. There are 2, the SGC0660 which is rated up to 40 hp and weighs 250#. The other is the SGC1060, rated 30-55 hp and weights 389#. I don't want to sacrifice lifting capacity, but should I be more concerned about...

I have a quick hitch with an adjustable top hook. Is it necessary for all 3 hooks to sit flush? My box blade and mower are both Land Pride, but they don't line up the same on the quick hitch.
