Sure, but how many GPM can flow through the lines, valves, and hose on the tractor? If you go to many GPMs, you will lose power and generate a lot of heat very quickly for a short period. Something will fail.

With enough money and/or time many things are possible but some such things are not cost effective. This is one such thing unless a simple PTO driven pump will suffice.
