my m62 LCD instrument panel is almost unreadable in shade, in daytime from the seat, but is barely readable from an angle. It is visible at nighttime, but still seems low lit. Does this sound like a polarized film repair, or is there another way to diagnose this? Or, is there a company that specializes repairing these?

Now I have no idea about your tractor, but is there the some sort of "dimming feature" like in a car, when you turn your lights on a night they get dimmer?

Is there a DIY video or tutorial, how to do this. i bought polarizing film, but when i applied it to screen, i didn't see an improvement, unless, the old film needs to come off first. I saw a DIY on this forum, but its for a different Kubota panel.

The LCDs I've used for 4+ years all require power to the 'backplane'. it's a square wave not solid ,steady DC.. When that fails, you can't read the display properly. Any tech that works on them knows what pins to check with a scope, then replace whatever transistor has failed. Without proper schematics of the dash unit, I can't 'repair over the phone'.
