Just got an email back from the great support team at NGK. This may be old news. I have a 1978 L185DT and pulled the glow plugs recently. According to bench tests on a multimeter, they are both still good. Each glow plug had NGK 92Z4 written on it, and I could find no info on them. The original Kubota PN for these was 15221-65510. This seems to have been discontinued. eBay searches showed plenty of Chinese replacements, but I wanted an OEM Kubota glow plug or the NGK equivalent if possible, and for NGK to confirm that the plugs required 10.5 volts. NGK customer service responded the next day:
" Thank you for contacting us! They require 10.5volts and the NGK equivalent is NGK 6926 Y-106V. "
