Discontinued hydraulic tube replacement/repair on a LA 304 loader.

I need some help. I was replacing the rubber hydraulic hoses on the bucket and arms and I cross threaded the one fitting. I looked online and the hard lines have been discontinued. Any inside or ideas would be appreciated.

cut the famaged section out and replace with new tube and fitting. If you post a picture if the damaged section I might be more specific.

That may work, 1/4" NPT correct?

That looks like a male JIC fitting. Cut it off and put a new male elbow on the end using a flareless adapter. These are JIC-08. You may need a smaller size or some combination. Less than $10 in parts.

You might be able to fix it with a fine SAE nut or die. Here's the thread chart.

Otherwise, cut it off and use a flareless (compression) fitting. You might have to use a straight fitting and put a 90 deg hose end on the hose.

Have your local hose guy copy it with a hose.
