Yeah, I've noticed. We had a good hydraulic one going, but OP took his toy and went home. I suspect he found the problem and didn't want to 'fess up. Hate those.Maybe it's the heat, lack of rain or both but sure wish someone would do something stup,,,, ,interesting so we have something to talk about.![]()
Me too. Self inflicted or not, it's good to hear the resolution.Yeah, I've noticed. We had a good hydraulic one going, but OP took his toy and went home. I suspect he found the problem and didn't want to 'fess up. Hate those.
No shortage of rain over here…we are flash flooding again today…there is trout fishing in my township road more often then not recently.Maybe it's the heat, lack of rain or both but sure wish someone would do something stup,,,, ,interesting so we have something to talk about.![]()
I’d watch that! The more pics the better.I guess if I swamped her or got her stuck it would help the forum out in a slow day.
The mid-south, general Memphis area, has been bone dry the last few weeks. We had some spring rains, but below average overall this year. It's a great country! No shortage of rain over here…we are flash flooding again today…there is trout fishing in my township road more often then not recently.
fact of the matter for me is it’s been too wet at the residence to bring my little lady out to play and I don’t have a snorkel kit to install.

This is the best summer for rain I have ever seen here in western MD. Regular steady rains but not to much. Crops are going gangbusters and the turf at my golf club is lush and green. By August things are normally browned out and hard as a brick. The mid-south, general Memphis area, has been bone dry the last few weeks. We had some spring rains, but below average overall this year. Yep. I believe I am just a little south of you. Mac o cheek creek was across 287 on my way home from work yesterday as well as 29 and 47 (just south of zanesfield near wengers market.) Lots of water for me to drive through to get home and the rain continued thru last night. Lots of space under water between Picteltown and west Liberty for sure. I don’t believe anyone needs to add water to their ponds or poolsToo wet here to break the orange out. That being said, I may land plane the drive this weekend in between rain storms to get some good compaction and top with millings. Anyone know if Kubota offered a pontoon option for a B1700 with a mmm? Attached is a picture from this morning outside my plant. One of the drivers stated, it didn’t look deep so I went for it. That is about 5’ of water at that point. Cars are still floating 5hrs later
Up to 3” expected through Sunday here. Kinda tough keeping up with the lawn, not usually words muttered in August around here.I wish you east coasters would quit hogging all the rain!
My rain gauge today says 11.64 for August. Crazy wet. I had a good 2-3” of standing waterYep. I believe I am just a little south of you. I hope the rubber duckies on the Jeeps dash floated. My rain gauge today says 11.64 for August. Crazy wet. I had a good 2-3” of standing wateron most of my property Tuesday. Wednesday didn’t help. Best part this morning at work was the popo had the road shut down and barricaded so they could get the drivers out and some idiot goes flying around the signs and drowns his jeep out. As I like to tell my kids, you can’t fix stupid. Still water out here in Pataskala actively flowing across roadways at least as of lunchtime . Will be a fun commute home.
Too freaking hot and dry to do anything in Arkansas, mine’s been topped off, lubed, and just sitting there. Glad I finished bush hogging the farm 3 weeks ago, one spark from a blade against a rock and all of Madison county would be on fire.Maybe it's the heat, lack of rain or both but sure wish someone would do something stup,,,, ,interesting so we have something to talk about.![]()
My son lives in Bellefontaine and it was pretty bad there as well. Watching the storms build back in on radar as I type this. Looks like they are east of 33. If it rains Saturday, I have a drive shaft on my quad that needs new u joints. May be a good day to work on that.I hope the rubber duckies on the Jeeps dash floated.
Quite a few folks over this way (between middleburg and picreltown especially - just north of West Liberty got pounded pretty good))had ponds/lakes put in yesterday.I imagine a few indoor swimming pools too.
