Loose treadle pedal Kubota B26

Hey guys new to the thread, I just picked up a used B26 TLB its in pretty rough shape. I am trying to figure out why the pedal has no tension from what I can tell im not missing any springs. The damper appeared to be worn out so I have a new one on order but I dont think thats the only issue. Can you guys tell me if im missing a bushing or roller barring on the neutral return mechanism.

Awesome thank you for the reply I was having a hard time finding that diagram. Would that missing barring be causing the floppy pedal? Im trying to upload a video but not having luck.

Yes, it will be floppy, loose, and not returning to neutral when the pedal is not pressed.
