Over heated trans on a Kubota BX25D

My fan broke and I didn't notice so the trans overheated and dumped out the trans fluid around the filter. I got a two part fan and installed it. When I add oil it comes out around the oil filter. I inspected the surface and the Kubota filter and this time i snugged it up with a wrench. I added more fluid and the filter tried to hold and hydrostatic oil fluid sprayed out around the oil filter again. Does anybody know what increased the pressure to the Filter. What did I break when it overheated and spilled out around the trans filter?

Perhaps the old filter gasket is still on the filter mount?

Pressure relief valve is stuck or broken.

No the surface was clean and I put oil on the filter gasket. Is there a reason the pressure increased at the oil filter? to blow the seal?

Pressure relief valve is stuck or broken.

Then the filter gasket is probably the weakest link ...

I removed the pressure relief valve and cleaned it with brake cleaner. It was clean. I then removed the charge something which was a allen wrench by the filter and it was clean and i sprayed brake cleaner. I put back my new filter and now it works. There was pieces of wood on the far side of the charge something was the only debre I found. I must have loosed something. Thanks for the your suggestions.
