I have a Kubota M5700 with a front loader. When you first start running it-everything runs fine, power steering front and rear lifts are all good. After running it for 1-1 1/2 hours, the hydraulics oil is getting extremely hot-power steering starts to go out, front and rear rear lift start dragging, the longer you run, the worst it gets until you cant almost steer. Made putting up hay real fun last weekend. Fluids/filters were last changed 6 months ago, but had the issue prior to changing as well. Before starting the tractor-fluids look clean(no water), all seals are good with no leaks. Once it gets Hot an starts failing-you can pull the dipstick out and the hydraulic fluid comes boiling out of the dipstick hole extremely hot . While driving once it starts failing you can smell the hydraulic fluid heating up. Once you let it sit and cool off-everything goes back to normal and works as it should til it starts getting hot again. Any suggestions on causes and solutions?

Radiator clean, coolant level good, fan & fan belt good?
You're putting up hay for hours you'll need to blow out the radiator and clean the air filter often.

Thats not at all right. Sounds like something in the hydraulic system is generating excessive heat.

Do you have any equipment hooked to the hydraulic system?

from searching I have seen mentioned a suction screen/strainer could be clogged, but I have not been able to actually locate it on any parts diagram to locate it.

Front Hay Forks and Rear Hay Fork
I don't consider hay forks hydraulic implemrnts :)

You say this has been going on for a while and I assume its not just haying that does it. Correct?

My suspicion is the pump is being dead headed and is unloading via the relief. That makes lots of heat. Do you notice any noise from the hydraulic system - whine, squeal, etc?

No noise, yes for awhile. When i have my bucket on as well but not even using the front end loader and discing or brushhogging after afew hours the steering gets worse and the Rear 3 point will not lift as high.

Chances of this being a filter is little to none.

I believe that tractor came standard with a self canceling rear remote. Do you use it? Have you checked it to make sure its in the centered position?

Yes-I would love to troubleshoot my issues. I apologize for the short answer, I stepped away from my computer and was trying to answer from my phone but keep getting blasted with pop ups.

The loader starts with an LA.
I apologize that this is all the tractor is 75 miles away at my ranch and the rest of the information is in a file on my computer. I can respond in the morning with more information.
