I would imagine there’s a lot of older tractors in California running without emissions devices because they weren’t required at a time when they were sold. Just an additional thought…

That price definitely sounds too low. Should easily be double or triple that price. Under 200 hours and a delete? Didn’t know you could get a backhoe with a cabbed M series.

If that’s a real price I’ll drive from Alabama and pick it up tomorrow.

I drag my L3560 between Fresno and North Idaho twice a year. Never once been inspected for anything but the ag inspection just before Weed.

Never had anyone come onto my private property, the church property, school, or any place I've taken my tractor. My neighbors have never had an inspector on their farm land look at any of their equipment.

My dealer would have no problems servicing my tractor with or without the emission system installed.

Thank you guys so much. I went ahead with it. I'll just put the emissions stuff back on if it's an issue. It was a huge relief finding out that the seller kept all of the original factory emissions parts. I figure, worst case I can just order the outlet pipe from the dealer and bolt it all back on there.
