I am having issues getting my tractor to start. I feel I’ve checked everything and that the fuel pump is not working correctly.
How would I check the is putting the correct pressure to the injectors?

Careful with terminology.
The fuel pump is electric on that model and it supplies diesel to the Injection pump.
The injection pump supplies fuel to the injectors.

Has it run anytime recently?

Make sure the stop lever is not engaged
Make sure there is fuel getting to the Injection pump.
There is a canister fuel filter and a water separator fuel filter make sure both are clean and letting fuel flow to the injection pump.

Check back in if all the above is working.

it was a struggle to get the engine to start but once it was going it ran. Now I just can’t get it to start. It’s close but it dies off.
I feel like it’s firing on one cylinder.
I have checked the clearances and the injection pump timing.
one thing I did notice is when I remove the injectors one of them is carboned up. Then if I swap the injectors it happens to the opposite injector.

Yes it is the injection pump I meant.
So there is fuel getting to the injection pump. I have slackened the priming bolt and have diesel. I have cracked the injectors and there is fuel getting to the injectors.

Have you checked and confirmed ALL glow plugs are working?.
