Vandalised Kubota KX36-3

Whilst away I had someone try and steal my mini excavator (KX36-3). They've damaged the ignition switch and the electronic housing (photo below). I can no longer start the machine - I purchased a new ignition switch with new keys and I get power to the small fuel pump and console but the engine doesn't turn over at all. I believe that there is an immobiliser on the system but I have no idea if I can simply replace the electronic housing with a new one and that will fix the issue. Any help at all would be appreciated.

Yeah, tell me about it. Just did a service and needed to dig some trenches for water evacuation. Now i've got the unit stuck behind an old building and can't move it or do anything.

Once he gets the excavator running, he can make a special place for the thieves, if he finds him/her/them.
